lose mouse when talking to Dion in Kiln

    Title: lose mouse when talking to Dion in Kiln
    Reproduction Rate: always
    Blocker? no
    Details: when in Kiln and using reticle mode instead of mouse click mode, I can hit the interact button on Dion. The conversation window opens with no mouse. I cannot use the toggle mode button to get the mouse back. your only option is to hit escape, leave reticle mode, enter mouse mode and talk to Dion.
    Steps to Reproduce: talk to Dion in reticle mode
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 7 Service Pack 1 (6.1.7601) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Quad CPU Q6600 @ 2.40GHz (4) System RAM: 8190
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750 Ti GPU RAM: 1992
    SotA.EarlyAccess.Win.64.479.Date.03.28.17
    Area: Novia_R3_City_Kiln
    Area Display Name: Kiln
    Loc: (-55.2, 36.0, 35.4)
