lost items going from patch 404->405

3. Blocker? no but i'm naked
4. Details: it seems that while the server was patched and my client was not, any new items i received were not saved. when i patched and came back in stuff was gone. this includes things bought at a vendor, and things i traded to another character. it seems to have only affected items that i was wearing at the time.

items lost: royal founder cloth chest, dark lepus mask, fancy cloth merchant pants 2x
the characters were scroda and scrodo

 

ok now it seems that every time i equip something, and then zone somewhere, it goes poof vanished. i'm kinda too poor to test this at the moment

 

found a shirt for 2g, put it on, used teleport scroll, poof the shirt is gone.

 

This is unfortunate. Is this still occurring? Do you know of any other players this is happening with also? I am unable to reproduce the issue.
I have created a ticket for a developer to review to see if they can tell what happened to the items.

A fix has gone into the next client build that should resolve this issue. If you are still seeing this problem after the next patch, please re-post.

this issue has returned with patch 408, same as Mischievous Dragon. except even more items are missing now, including my poor horsey. please save my horsey, i'm worried about him.

I have this happening as well now. I lost carapacian leggings, checkered cape, pine wand and triangle shield. I thin build another pine wand and when I zoned, its gone again. so 2 pine wands now.

 

All the gathering equipment I had equipped, does not work now. I have to equip a new one to gather again, and that only works until I zone. Once I zone, that equipment seems to break too. My artisan sickle did not seem to suffer from this, its still good to use.

 

I losst my Epic Cloth helm, Epic cloth legs, and my epic cloth gloves...

 

I've loose my Maplewood cane buyed at 8$ on add-on store. then i,ve lost my Sword of the baheer... from pledge.....

Hope that wil be fixed... really bad thing...

 

Unfortunately it looks like this previous bug has re-appeared. I believe we have identified the issue and are working on a fix.

 

Is it possible to get the items replaced tonight at the kill the devs event?

 

What are the chances of restoring their items? With that Dev event tonight, that might screw some ppl over...

 

I started the other thread earlier, several re-logins, decided at least to do some mining while waiting... now all my gear is gone. Only a pair of pants left - crafted them twice as they were disappearing several times.

 

you better wait until they fix it or you'll always loose your stuff, hope they will do something for that, and for pledge/add-ons items... hehe

 

I just want to know the rules about things like this. Do they replace what was lost? I played KO for 3.5 years and lost all my good gear putting it in the bank, then re logging and it was gone. I was a guild leader of one of the most powerful guilds on the server. I want to know what is going to happen about things like this. If gear is not replaced, I will be quitting. I am not going to waste 3.5 years just to have things disappear again.

 

So are all my lost items GONE?!? Or will they return after fix? This is unacceptable I've lost rare items that can't be replaced till the wipe now!?!

 

Well, in 3 months you lose everything at the final wipe. When the game is not having any more wipes, I'd assume they will work on preventing this and trying to get people back. Having said that, I'd be surprised if they don't try to get people what they lost.

I'd say be patient and let them fix the issue first, and then once fixed we'll see if stuff comes back.
