    Lost Vale Portal Timer
I've made a Lost Vale Portal Timer addon for Shroud of the Avatar.

The timer tracks the Lost Vale portal using the New Britannian calendar and displays:

    • Current Earth time
    • Current New Britannian date
    • Portal status — OPEN / CLOSED
    • Time remaining while the portal is open
    • Next Lost Vale opening
    • Countdown to the next opening
    Lost Vale Schedule
The portal appears on New Britannian days:

    2, 13, and 24 of every 28-day month.

    The timer uses:

    • 1 New Britannian day = 1 Earth hour
    • 28 days per month
    • 12 months per year
    • 336 days per New Britannian year
    • Janus 1, 400 P.C. = January 1, 2013 00:00 UTC

    Installation
    1. Install LostVale.lua into your Shroud Lua addons folder.
    2. Start/restart the game.
    3. The Lost Vale timer window will appear once it has initialized.
    4. Left-Control + left-Shift + V will open and close window.
The window can be moved and scaled using the controls.

    Time Accuracy
The calendar calculation uses an absolute UTC Unix timestamp rather than the computer's local midnight. This is important because local timezone and daylight-saving changes should not affect the New Britannian calendar.

uh, good timing? that bugged cycle was fixed this morning.

6:52 AM Content The Lost Vale on the overworld is meant to open once every eleven days but was resyncing at the start of every in-game month, so the wait was sometimes only six days. It now opens strictly every eleven days regardless of month or year rollovers.
