Lost Whiteguard Silvermine - Wen quest on compass but I've never heard of it, and it's not there

    Title: Lost Whiteguard Silvermine - Wen quest on compass but I've never heard of it, and it's not there

    Blocker? No
    Details: On my compass is "Find evidence that Wen is at peace." I don't know who Wen is, or who I would return this quest to. I went through my journal and tasks and don't see anything about it. I went to the spot and there is nothing at the location on the compass.
    Steps to Reproduce: Enter Lost Whiteguard Silvermine and see if it has a Wen quest on your compass.

    Blocker? unsure... blocks completion of quest if it starts here. Not sure if it does if the quest starts elsewhere
    Details: While exploring the Lost Whiteguard Silver Mine, I happened upon Aelfraed's Chapel, and the Whiteguard Skeletons. I immediately get a quest to search the Whiteguard Skeletons for evidence Wen is at peace. Have killed all waves of skeletons several times, with no apparent proof on them or in the area (scoured it fairly thoroughly) of anything regarding Wen. Suspect this is supposed to be started elsewhere, and this is triggering as if we actually have the quest.
    Steps to Reproduce: Go the the Whiteguard Mines without having gone anywhere else related to them, get a key, and enter the Chapel.
