Lot and Item Permissions Suggestion...

See one major confusing part aside from Kindred and Trustee's names (and nowhere explaining them), my primary suggestion is that you need to change the UI interface title itself so when you right click on an item....

• It says that you are modifying the permissions, of said item, in the permissions window title.

Right now right clicking on an item to change perms implies that you are modifying 'Lot Item Permissions'. It does not indicate that you are modifying a 'single item' permissions, let alone what item, to make sure you are editing the proper item and not lot default perms....
