Lot deed raffle Ticket

i think it would be good if the price rises for each ticket a single player buys...so 10k the first, 15k the 2nd and so on...

 

@Stryker Sparhawk Burning Toad just told me that it is the same. You can only have 3 deeds placed (taxable or non taxable) outside of POT's.

you are correct, but at least we have one thing limited. I wish it could be limited more also, and I am on your side. All we can do is give Port our feedback friend.

 

Anyone else a bit peeved that doing the raffle this early basically only benefits the rich folk who already have high pledges, houses and lots of in game gold?

I feel like they should've waited a few months, closer to public release or even beta state, so there is more money in the game and capped the amount of purchases per raffle at like 10, at least give the people without the benefit of being rich equal chance

 

I certainly think you are not alone. Although I do think any protest will fall against deaf ears now. Its in the works and in a live scenario.

 

It is. I tried to consolidate my land holdings and got a message that there is a cap of 3 NPC lot deeds per toon. You can hold deeds in inventory, but can apply a max of 3.

 

I look at it like this: People with money to burn might buy 10+ tickets for this first raffle but the number of deeds raffled is still finite. Maybe in the second, third, fourth, etc raffle then the excess gold will be depleted and people will buy more reasonable amounts of tickets.

 

Right. They didn't want to discuss it in public at an earlier stage and don't want it now. It's a "take it or leave it"-scenario.

That pretty much forces you to sell the leftover deeds or stock them and wait for whatever.
