Sorry to Hold their promise they HAVE to have enough Keep / Castle Lots in the NPC towns to accommodate the ones sold, I honestly do not care but so many promises have been unhonored that leave a few honored does a little to give player hope that there is some integrity left. I do not seeing as "Blocking" players I see it as honor and integrity.
Value of what? ATM every Lot has lost well over 1/2 their value by one simple move last month. There is no way to ever gat back a value of what was sold at them beginning.

The only way to retain and or increase value is to have solid game backed and endorsed by its players. Every promise failed deteriorates that base 5x more than any other action.

I suspect you didn't read paragraph two of my post, at least not very carefully or without much consideration.

Why couldn't upgraded tax free deeds not be made different in some significant ways to respect the contributions of all the people that pledged to the game and really everyone that has bought one in the market up to this point? This is really a virtual asset or Rares 101 concept. The imagination is the only limit when coming up with modifications to virtual assets to make them significantly different from previous assets or rewards.

    @DarkStarr @Chris

I just upgraded my PA Taxed City Deed to a PA Tax Free City Deed.

When the deed was a PA Taxed City deed it also listed the option to upgrade to a Keep Deed (taxed), i.e., could have upgraded directly from a PA Taxed City Deed to a Keep Deed

Now that the Deed is a PA Tax Free City Deed there are no upgrade options available, including to a Keep Deed (taxed)

This has effectively removed an upgrade path to a Keep Deed (taxed) in future.

Can we have the option to upgrade from a PA Tax Free City Deed to a Keep Deed (taxed)?

There isn't one. Once you make it PA, the highest you can do is a City deed. You can try emailing support to see if you can work something out.

Apologies but you're incorrect. It was already a PA Taxed City Deed, which I converted to a PA Tax Free City Deed. When it was a PA Taxed City Deed it had the option to upgrade to a Keep Deed.

Sorry, let me be more clear. Once it is a PA tax free deed, it can't go past City. ;)

If a PA Taxed City Deed can go to a Keep Deed then why can't a PA Tax Free City Deed upgrade to the same (taxed) Keep Deed, but at a lower cost. It doesn't make sense why this isn't an option.

    I believe the levels are:
    Tax POT
    Tax PA
    Tax POT Water
    Tax Free POT
    Tax Free PA
    Tax Free Founder

So for a Tax free PA to a Tax PA. Its actually a downgrade, hence not an option.

You can try to mail Atos in game to see if he can do something about it. (ie, if he's agreeable, you give him the extra cotos and he upgrades it for you)
But after the CICI fiasco..... he might not be willing to though. No harm asking. :D

There was a promise from Portalarium to the Founders that the founder keep and castle will be the only tax free keep and castle deeds in game.

so there is no possibility to upgrade your PA TF city to a keep

This is not what I was asking for. I was asking why we can't upgrade from a PA TF city to a PA Taxed Keep.

Founder *and* benefactor keeps/castles. Not just founder.

Because that's considered a downgrade, and the notes explicitly state that's not supported.

A PA taxed keep deed probably cost less than a PA tax-free city deed.

Taxed PA Keep is 129,900 COTO's

Because the its a downgrade from the catecory.

you cant downgrade neither in the same catercory (a.e. taxed town to taxed village) NOR from achigher category to a lower category ( TF pa to Taxed pa); in this case it dose not care if the type of the lot is higher or lower. The ranking of the categorys are listed in the first post.
