Lot sales on vendors

    How can you tell if a lot for sale on a vendor is a rent free or taxable type?

    The only ways to get a Tax Free deed are to buy from another player who's selling one, or buy a Bundle, which are available on Crown Vendors. However those will be expiring soon. Kobold and Viking on the 30th of this month, and Elven, Shogun, and Obsidian on the 21st of December.

    If a deed is Tax Free, it will say "Tax Free" in the name.

    Also you may sometimes see a "Founder" deed, which is not only tax-free and lets you place in an NPC town, but it also lets you place on a water lot in an NPC town.

    So If I see a vendor listing for" Village Lot deed", it is a taxable deed and place anywhere? I guess I have never seen a "Rent free Village Lot deed" or a "POT only Village Lot deed" for sale yet.
