Actually Desolis will have even more available lots ( or at least inside one of its Pots called "Veger") :)

At the moment "Veger" is a Crossroad Village POT but will soon be upgraded again..I am putting at least another 1K on it and all markers will be open and unlocked ( what I have there now is unlocked )
I going to need a designer though, I am not very good at designing.. but that is for another post as I do not want to derail this one..

Updated, but still quite speculative until I can visit the towns.
Also assuming that forest coastal towns are the same as Brekken Bay.
Towns changed to "inland" are yet to be updated. That should add another few hundred lots.
    • Fortus End (coastal)
    • Spite (coastal)
    • Eastmarch (coastal)
    • Graff Island (coastal)
    • Broochash (coastal)
    • Xenos (coastal)
    • Storms Reach (coastal)
    • Point West (coastal)
    • Harvest (coastal)
    • Estgard (coastal)
    • Noreach (coastal)
    • Celestis (coastal)
    To update :
    • Northwood (inland)
    • Brookside (inland)
    • Goti (inland)

Nice update on the Numbers, looks like there could be enough lots now for the Dukes :D

So when sorted it is good to see that there are 60+ Keep lots in game. Still a ways to go to cover the amount of Dukes in game, but this is a vast improvement. @Birko Gold star for you bro! This spreadsheet is legit. :D

Well, after LotM and Dukes, there were no more town lots left in Brittany, still had higher pledge lots tho. So, looks like the dukes and LotM are using their lower level lot for the land rush knowing they will be able to place their higher ones afterwards...

Which means that pledge with town and those with village lot as their only lot will not get prime lands and will have to either go in a PRT or POT.

It may not be for this release but when we will end up in the persistant world, it will be chaos !!!

Very nice list, that is a lot of work. Perhaps if we pitched in we could provide more data :). I was thinking further data on the total lots, splitting into further categories (city, town etc).

So, if you're after a town placement slot in an NPC town, what constitutes prime lands?

Also, PRT's and POT's what are their advantages to those who maybe not have followed as much?

For prime lands, it is up to everyone interpretation. You could even grade them ( A, AA, AAA) where AAA would be lots in major towns, part of the story, that are on the entry or on the path to the main hub of any major towns. Those, I consider them prime AAA.

Then as you get away from those major town hubs, it degrades to AA and A.

As for PRT and POT, PRT stands for Player Run Town, towns that are NOT owned by a player, those town are not part of the story but are filled by NPC and, no one makes the law in there !

Then you have the POT, Player Owned Town, those are town that some player gave huge amount of money to govern them, they owned them. They do the of Lots and some NPC merchant etc, but, they also have the authority to evict anyone from their town.... Those town could end up being great for you if you have a merchant as they can be "Guild owned" or Owned by player that will promote them, create special events in them to attract player in them.

If you have any questions, I will gladly answer...

Remember, this is my personal opinion and how I qualify land. This could be shared by others and some may disagree !!!
