Magic Prints are Blank When Placed on Wall. (See Image)

Title: Picture no showing when hung on wall.

Details: I tried hanging these four Pics on the wall of the famous Evil Eye Tavern, top floor and the picture image does not display. It shows the wall. See attached image.
Steps to Reproduce: Placed back into inventory and replaced on wall. Still blank.

a: which pictures are they? (i see the pop-up for water magic print, is this the full set of elemental posters?)
b: do they work on another wall?

 

It is the complete set. They do work on some walls. I'm trying them and other pictures on other walls in the Twin Spire Manor. It seems there are more than one wall where this effect happens.
