    Title: Magical White Glowing Pulse dye over-powers blazon on heraldry chest armor

    Details: Using MWGPD on a Heraldry Tabard Chain Chest Armor makes the blazon invisible during the "on" of the pulse phase and barely visible during the "off" phase.
    Steps to Reproduce: Apply MWGPD to a crafted Heraldry Tabard Chest Armor piece.
