Mail delivery issues: desolis - brittany estates

    Title: Mail Package did not appear in inventory...

    Details: Desolis Town Crier hung while giving me mail package for Brittany Estates, had to close/open the conversation window, but I never actually received the mail package, but did get flagged as *having* the package, now all criers assume I have a package: attempting a logout/login, both warm and cold (all the way to desktop) did NOT recover the missing mail package, nor does the Crier in Brittany Estates see the package...

    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3770 CPU @ 3.40GHz (8) System RAM: 16333
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 650 GPU RAM: 994
