Mail user list doesn't reflect friends list

    4. Details: I was having trouble finding a user to send mail to and noticed the list isn't that of my friends. I scrolled pass current online users as those are the same.

    5. Steps to Reproduce: Open up the new mail & friends list windows and compare.
