Make 2 of the subterfuge skills better

    Engage opponent and Opportunity strike could be MUCH better if they either had a much shorter global cooldown (like riposte does) or if they had no global cooldown at all.

    I have subterfuge spec, I currently do not use these skills. Id love for them to be improved, and I think this is a good suggestion :)
