    It's extremely pretty, and the water texture is gorgeous.
    For my money - I wouldn't put my lot in there, period.

    It looks incredibly awkward to get around, and honestly - I haven't seen many places in SotA yet that I *do* like. I've put my house up in most of the major design areas so far, and all of them are a serious pain to get around in.

    I 'm sure I'm all alone in this, but I wanted a house like the one I had in LOTRO - easy/quick to get to, beautiful views, nice area to show off my specialty quest loot/etc, and storage for extra items.
    The houses themselves in SotA are amazing, but the land layout is absolutely horrible. I get lost unless I'm in one of the first couple by the entrance, and everything is so crowded together that the houses which should be showcased are instead crammed into a suburban hell of castles, keeps, and houses.

    No thanks. I've already decided to wait a year before I even try to find a place to live. Wait out the crowds, and hope that new housing plans are drawn up once the rush is over.

    Sorry for the 2 cents, but I felt it was worth pitching in.

    There is going to be mostly city lots, some lord of the manors / keeps, and a handful of row houses.

    Coming along nicely. I love that you remembered the slope of the terrain so that rain run off, pools in the appropriate places. Lovely vistas so far.

    And that little catch basin at the end of the aquaduct looks like a nice little wading pool to play in. :)

    Great work.

    But that is one heck of a geyser in the water fountain!

    I suppose if the fountain draws on the elevation head to the left upstream, that makes sense. Just quite a sight for a small fountain!

    Wish the one I have at home did that :)
