    If there are Kobolds hanging, then is it safe to assume the city is back in human hands, but hasn't been rebuilt fully since the Kobolds once ransacked it?

    You are correct sir! The city will still be functional for the human dwellers but half of it will be dilapidated. The castle will be the most functional part of this land but you will see that the struggle with the Kobolds has taken a toll.

    I like that this city will have a unique feel and appearance then.

    Let me just say that all the Portalarium level designers/world builders have been killing it lately.

    I only wish they had this full team since day 1 so we had fewer cloned scenes and more of the killer scenes you've been cranking out lately.

    Looking good! The vines are a nice touch that gives it an "abandoned" feeling.

    I love the spiked fist club too! If that were a weapon choice I would switch to bludgeon for sure. ;)

    Legend says the Scepter of Dread will cause all who gaze upon it to fall to the ground in fear. Others claim that if such an artifact existed, then the Obsidians of old, would have wielded it to consolidate their dominion over Novia. Since none have seen it, it remains the stuff of legend and rumor.

    I suppose this means we can equate the Heart of Sorrow to the Love quest line, the Spepter of Dread to the Courage quest line, and the I have no idea to the Truth quest line.

    The hanging kobolds should be kobold skeletons. Leaving them with flesh tells us thus just happened like a week ago.

    Leaving behind tattered and busted kobold skeletons tells us it happened long ago.
