Title: Malice Gems can be deleted from inventory

Details: I'm not sure if this is a bug or if there's a different bug. The gems you collect that take down the first barrier, can be deleted from inventory. But the gems aren't needed to take down the barrier. The flags seem to be set when the 3 skeletons are looted. I don't believe you could do that prior to them being changed with the latest changes to the new quest item standard. Is there a bug that lets you delete the gems? Is there a bug that you don't need the gems in your inventory to take down the barrier? (If by design, so be it.)
Steps to Reproduce:
- head to malice
- get Samael to follow you
- kill the mobs in the rotunda
- leave the rotunda and you'll see the first barrier at the stairs
- get the gems from the crematorium and the laboratory
- you can delete the gems you collected from your inventory (right click and delete) as you gather them
- with either one or both gems deleted, go back to the barrier
- gather the third gem from the skeleton by the barrier
- the barrier comes down
