Manage Lot Access List (ACL)

    I would like to suggest to implement Access List to manage the different permissions (POT, Deed, etc).

    Instead adding people manually on each resources, could be nicer to add ACLs. This way, you can create multiple ACLs with specific permissions for specific persons and then adding the ACLs to your deeds/POTs.

    People in IT knows what's an ACL as it's a well known mechanism to manage permissions in a quicker, easier & scalable way.

    Process is kinda different with what we have now but in big picture you create your ACL first:
