Manifesto given to Marcus B4 Alberic

    In the Blood River Outskirts - I gave the Cleansing Manifesto to Marcus before completing the quest with Alberic. Is there anyway to get the manifesto back from Marcus or elsewhere so that I can provide evidence to Alberic and continue to quest line with the elves; or is this just tough luck? I thought Marcus would bring the manifesto to Captain Bearfield (as he said he would), but he does not, and the quest line does not continue; complete. I thought this angle might help rally Marcus (and maybe other deceived vigilantes) and Captain Bearfield to help the elves. Please help.
