Mannequin eating and giving back equipped items (in offhand) to (mainhand)

Details: Ok, bear with me. This is a bit wonky. If you equip a (simple pose) mannequin with something in its offhand and pick up the mannequin with the items equipped, when you play the mannequin back down, the offhand item is gone. But there is more. Contining in Steps to Repro.
Steps to Reproduce:

1. Place Wooden Female Mannequin (Simple Pose)
2. Equip it with a heraldry cloak and 2 wands.
3. Pick up Mannequin into a bag in your inventory. It's a Backpack +8 (not that this should matter)
4. Now, place the Mannequin back on the ground. It should (or rather SHOULDNT) be missing it's offhand item.
5. Remove main hand item and pick up Mannequin back into the same bag.
6. Place Mannequin AGAIN. Now, what was in the offhand, will show up in the main hand.
7. Pull your hair out trying to figure out what just happened.

Did you try picking up the mannequin and then opening it from your inventory to see if the item is in there?

 

Yes

 

And it still does this. This bug has not been addressed as far as I can tell.
