Title: Can't Place Mannequin Stuck in my hand
Reproduction Rate:
Blocker? Cannot place item I am trying to drag to lot, bag, or other place.
Details: While dragging a mannequin to a lot it became stuck in my hand. It shows green where I can place it but it won't place. I have had this happen occasionally with other items. It doesn't always happen but happens more times like at least once daily. Re -logging is the only way to make it stop being stuck. oops walking off the lot stopped it being stuck too.
Steps to Reproduce: I can't reproduce since it is not re-producible but it does usually happen once or twice a day at least with various items I am trying to drag.

Where did you find the recipe? Been trying to test these out and cannot find the anywhere, the coto version is still not in either. This is being released in under 24h right?

 

I didn't find the recipe on QA. List Rostov asked in universe chat if anyone wanted to test them out for him and I said sure. So I'm not sure if the recipe is in yet or not.
