Mannequins, Vendors and Avatars Model

You may have feared this...

The mannequins uses the avatar model to allow to hold every equipment that can also be held by the avatar it self.
In the past players have asked to dress up their vendors with clothes they can also wear (like it was in UO). But that was denied because the avatars model uses up to much performance. And their is also a NPC limit on the lot.
Mannequins count toward container limit and not toward NPC limit...

The question here, can we not use mannequins as vendor? They do nothing on use (double-click, Key 'E') right now, they are free to open the vendor UI.

So we need a settings, to make a mannequin a vendor. As this is done the Vendor counts toward NPC limit. It was said, that the cash register has to count toward AI limit, because the Vendor UI is costly.
