MAP - Arrow doesn't point into the right direction.

    Title: Direction arrow on map shows into the wrong direction while moving around.

    Details: I am in foggy Brookside. And the red arrow cursor don't point the direction I am walking ...
    Don't know, if this is also in other places.

    Steps to Reproduce: visit Brookside and turn on the map.
