    4. Details: Map no longer shows lots, or lot info! ingame or web version, you cannot see who owns lots or if any are available in any town, becuase it will not show empty lot outlines on map. all options enabled or disabled do not fix issue.
    5. Steps to Reproduce: open map in game, or open map in web browser

    7. OS: Alienware 15r2 Laptop running Windows 10 Home 64-bit
    8. CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6700HQ CPU @ 2.6GHZ RAM: 16 GB
    9. GPU: Nvidia GeForce GTX 1060 GPURAM: 6 GB
