Title: Mini-map does not accurately show you were you're located in Soltown Catacombs

Reproduction Rate: 100% of the time

Details: in-game -- you have to walk deep into the catacombs to see the issue

Steps to Reproduce: Go into Catacombs, and bring up Mini-map, and then watch the cursor as your walk through
