    Details/Steps to Reproduce: I am just on the Path of the Oracle -again- and on my way in Desolis.
    Martella sparkles blue and I talk to her. And it's like meeting her for the first time ...
    I got the spell for Fire Elemental years before ...
    There shold be a query: If someone has learned the Skill "Fire Elemental" she shouldn't give the information for the Quest of "Kiill Xavara" again ...

    Now I have the Journal entry and the Task, too.
