    Title: Master Pet Trainer doesn't allow training for new skills
    Reproduction Rate: 2x
    Blocker? No
    Details: Gives the dialog "This skill cannot be learned at this trainer"
    Steps to Reproduce: Had Jax Bryarwold try, same result
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: AMD FX(tm)-8350 Eight-Core Processor (8) System RAM: 32730
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960 GPU RAM: 4053
    SotA.QA.Win.64.832.Date.05.23.19
    Area: Braemar
    Area Display Name: Braemar
    Loc: (-53.4, 27.4, 40.0)

    Also Checked and verified no adventure trainer can train these skills either.

    This issue has been reported in critical issues and the combat forums. It was also reported in the build news thread. None of the new skills have been hooked up yet.
