    From the discussion it seemed like the consensus was Specialist while Chris selected Proficiency.

    Thinking about it some more I think it would have been better if they changed the current GM to Expertise, then had Grand Master and Mastery as the term for this new thing. But that isn't going to be happening.

    I think they should be called Gooder, as in Swords Gooder, Sun Magic Gooder, Tactics Gooder, etc.

    We can have only one at a time, so I suggest calling it Expert and replace the Mastery and Specialization references to be Expert. Otherwise, I'd say they should all be Specialist and specialization and drop Mastery. But I think Expert clarifies things.
