Mayor Hinkley Quest - Items not showing up on time!

    Reproduction Rate: Only could try once.

    Details:

    I did the Mayor Hinkley quest and did not receive a ledger but passed judgment anyway (ha!). I didn't get xp in my chat logs, nor did I get a wig.

    I left Blood Bay, and what did I find?

    An inventory item called "Adventurer and Producer XP (6,000)" with a blue XP icon, a Judge's Wig and the Ledger. I've never seen an XP item you can sell before!! :)
