Meteor Shower (Feedback)

I have seen where Shroud is having a hard time getting spells and such to be upgraded that can actually be good things, an example of this is Meteor Shower. This spell is so over powered at this time it isn't funny. There are PVP ers that use it and monopolize the pvp playing field. This is so wrong because you keep letting one person dominate the game. I am NOT saying to kill Meteor Shower but what I am saying is to give ways either being by spells armor , or abilities that can actually counteract this so it levels the playing field. Meteor Shower is great and should be left alone but give others a way to fight against it or you end up with the same issue but a different thing same way you did with polearms. By the way Meteor Shower is supposed to be a Fire issue not a moon one. Who thought up that one?
