    Title: Meteor shower hits twice and faster than the tooltip says
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker?
    Details: Meteor shower hits 4 times per tick instead of 1/2 and every 2 seconds instead of 4 seconds like the debuff dot icon on the player/target says.
    Steps to Reproduce: Cast meteor shower on a player

    Fixed in R55. This will not only hit the larger or the smaller and at the correct speed. The damage with single target is a hair less than ring of fire damage BUT each hit has a chance to crit and there is a 1/4 chance the hit will be a large meteor for big damage. So a hair less damage BUT more variable. Also, this can hit up to 10 targets vs ROFs 8.

    Question, will ms be effected better by specialization it was given a cd one it does not need? Fire has a decent mastery modifier.
