Microsoft Outlook sends Shroud of the Avatar emails to junkmail

Unfortunately, I haven't been receiving any Shroud of the Avatar emails and I noticed that they're being sent to my junk mail folder automatically. I've never marked a Shroud email as junk ever, ever before, so there's something that's causing them to be detected as spam by Outlook automatically.

You might consider adding the address it is coming from to your contacts, that might fix it going to the spam folder. That email does not go into spam on outlook for me.

It may be your mail server that "thinks" it's "junk" and not Outlook on your end.
Domain mail servers are the first to see your email and they use their own "junk" filters.
