    I know this isn't a new issue, but as I move forward attempting to complete quests, this one has seemingly halted my progress.

    I have waited to discuss Tan's death with Khasi & Siranto while both are in their respective throne rooms, they just keep talking about Tan's duty status. Anything I can do to move the quest forward?
