Misleading error message when attempting to place inventory locked items in scene or container

When an item is locked to inventory and is attempted to be placed into a container you get:
"Item [McGuffin] can not be moved to a public accessible container because it cannot be traded."
If attempting to place in a scene, such as housing, you get:
"You cannot place this item [McGuffin] on a lot because it is not tradable."
Both are true, but misleading, since the corrective action is to unlock the item from your inventory.
