Missing add ons

    Hey guys, about 3 hours ago i bought the 2 70 dollar prosperity packs by melting some items down but they are yet to show in my bank, is this a bug or is it common during these melt down windows?

    HogwinHD go to your account page and make sure they are listed there, They just might not be in game yet

    Make sure you've logged out, then back in to game. A lot of times this will correct it.

    I just bought a basement and it shows as claimed in the game, but it's not in my bank either. I've logged a few times now, but no luck :( I feel your pain, @HogwinHD

    HALP, A dingo ate my baby, er my basement!

    They are the prosperity packs, they are in game as far as im aware, just not in my bank

    I mean are they showing up on your account page as add-ons. They just havent showed up in game for you in your bank. If they are on your account page then all is good, They will show up in your bank soon.

    No newly purchased in game add-ons for me either.

    I melted a dozen items today. Then I purchased the following with credit:

    Common Aspen Tree 6-Pack (digital)
    2016-04-25 18:09:43 $5 (claimed in-game)
    Fountain Palm Tree 6-Pack (digital)
    2016-04-25 18:09:43 $5 (claimed in-game)
    Dark Stone Spiked Castle Wall (digital)
    2016-04-25 18:09:43 $100 (claimed in-game)
    Wood & Plaster 4-Story with Balcony Row House (digital)
    2016-04-25 18:17:20 $50 (claimed in-game)
    Hot Air Balloon (digital)
    2016-04-25 18:46:04 $100 (claimed in-game)

    I then logged into game at 4pm EST and nothing was in my bank box. Tried again at 8pm EST and still nothing.

    Others in my guild reported similar issues. I also tried to claim on QA but it said there were no items pending.

    Missing Add on Item shows as claimed in game:
    Village Stone Arena Basement (digital)
    2016-04-25 23:12:07

    Around 6pm, CST I purchased the item with store credit, then exited and logged into the game, but it was not in my bank. I checked the account page and the item shows as claimed in the game. I have relogged and restarted my client several times, but the basement is still MIA.

    Melted Down buncha items
    Upgraded to Knight Marshal was around 1:30pm est

    Says Im upgraded on account page.
    Not updated to it yet in game. Just throwing my info out there:)

    Melted an Ornate metal phonograph, cinereous stone 2 tier pedestal fountain, white floral box hedge fence, and an Azalea bush pack. Purchased a wood and plaster story village home with the credits I received from melting items.. still not in my bank but my account says "claimed" and the photo of the home says "got it". This was all around 1 or 2 NBT 4/25/16 :(

    I've melted down some black dye X2 and LB Cloak and purchased:
    Teletype (digital) 2016-04-25 16:25:08 $30 (claimed in-game)

    I do not have my new item in my bank yet...
