Missing "Dye 12-Pack Reward" in my reward list

    Hi everyone,

    I am part of the "Reward Program" since the begining in 2018 (currently 47 contributions). According to the web page we should get 2x "Dye 12-Pack Reward" per year (right?) but I only have 3 of these pack in my reward list and nothing in any other places.

    Since I usualy don't take out anything of this list ("Subscribers", "Logins", "Reward Programs" nor others) except the Obsidian Potions, the Crowns of the Obsidians and may be a few other items like the "black Ice Shield" for exemple but I am certain I didn't take any of these Packs.

    Could a dev check it out, please? That would be much appreciated.

    It's a known issue, and they are working on a fix, you will get them hopefully soon.
