Missing known issue for Atlas Pledge Item?

The "known issues documentation" for release 32 mentions nothing about the Atlas I get with my pledge
Currently it is nothing more then a renamed container with a different graphic, and a stack of maps

The atlas can't be placed on the bar and used as a map atlas to bring up the map of the area you are in, and in fact you can put other items in the atlas, like say a throne chair.. inside an atlas. You Still have to individually drag every single map to your bar one at a time, which can be done with a backpack and a trip to the book/map seller.

Surely this isn't functioning as intended or finished?
So, I am hoping, it is just fallen off the list and needs to be tacked back on?

if it IS functioning as intended, please let me know, so i can schedule my passive protest day and get my sign ready.

• German Automaton: Does not animate.
• Oracle Statue Head: Secret effect not revealed nor implemented.
• Puzzle Box: No weekly puzzles or rewards yet.
• Replenishing Confetti Eggs Basket: Contains no eggs, does not regenerate.
• Jabbering Bertha: Does not animate or talk yet.
