Missing Recipes, across several different Tradeskills

In preparation for R36, I went to the local vendors in Owl's Head to see what recipes I was missing.
Going through the list, I saw many of the recipes I know I have ... listed as Do Not Know.

Masterwork Blacksmithing is there,
Masterwork/Enchanting Alchemy is missing (enchantment, jewel necklace/ring socket,
chest gem socket, one handed weapon gem socket),
Masterwork Carpentry is missing.

Also missing are:
Cure Plague, Cure Poison, Explosive Potion, Haste Potion, Poison Potion, Smelling Salts,
Cloth Boots, Cloth Helm, Cloth Gloves, Cotton Bowstring, Cotton Cloth Strap, and several more.

The vendor says that I do not have the recipe for Bark Bread, yet my recipe book shows the recipe in there.

The day before the R36 patch, I desperately re-learned all the Enchantments for Alchemy (Ring/Necklace, equipable item, chest, one handed and two handed).
Today they're gone.
