Missing Rent Free Row Lot Deed

Finally got around to making a new Character after wipe and update Release 29. Made my way to Adoris went to the bank and got all my pledge rewards. Looks like I have all my rewards but my deed for my Row lot that came with my Ancestor lvl pledge. Any help would be great, I had it after other wipes.

Wow no response? Is this game dead now or is everyone playing,lol. Am I the only one that lost their property deed with the update? Hope this is fixed before the final wipe, that would be really harsh.

I've heard nothing yet, now at least I know i'm not the only one. Maybe it will show up with the next update.

Had ancestry account upgraded to Edleman before claiming rewards, have absolutely no deeds in the bank after claiming rewards. And apparently on one is getting any help with this. Its aggravating to say the least to have 6 houses and no deeds to be able to place them with.

 

Same for me, I'm missing my Village lot deed. HELP!! I spent over $600 and I'm homeless!

also are the extra lot deeds and if you upgraded after they expired :-(

 

Have claimed my rewards and now it says there are none to claim. I have all the houses but the lot deeds and the vendor are missing.
