1. I can NOT find Malice nor Shores of Malice on the overland map - as described below - scene is avaliable from Spite

Have you changed scene names or it's a mistake:
2. Thrones Foothills -> Ferig’s Battle Camp @Area: Novia (Novia) Loc: (-393.6, 16.2, 294.9)
3. Valhold Forest -> Demig's Battle Camp @Area: Novia (Novia) Loc: (-369.4, 19.2, 359.7)

I have the same issue, there is neither Malice to enter on the overland map nor Shores of Malice. I am trying to find it in the Drachvald region

You take a Ferry there from Spite.
