Missing the new emotes

I don't have the new emotes .

A friend teached me read book, -paper
He just have this two.

What's about write book, -paper?

Seems that not all emotes are correctly added to every character.

Have you tried writing a book or paper? If I recall, that's what gives the emotes.

 

You may need to go to the bank and click Claim. Anytime the reward packages change, like new emotes, recipes or items are added that you are entitled to, the claim button will update your character to obtain those things.

 

Some players stated me that the emotes was just in their list, neither claim at the banker nor writing something was necessary.
But i will test both, although I think I should have done both already since R38, but didn't remember exactly because it when was for another reason.
