Mob didn't delete after looting!

    Title: Mob didn't delete after looting!
    Reproduction Rate:Just this once for me!
    Blocker?
    Details:After killing a pack of thugs, I started looting them all, when all the trees that were harvested, respawned, the last mob on ground then became lootable, but didn't delete once looted of all items, thinking there is a break in the clean up when the zone respawns
    Steps to Reproduce:
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3630QM CPU @ 2.40GHz (8) System RAM: 11726
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GT 650M GPU RAM: 2017
    SotA.EarlyAccess.Win.64.511.Date.11.21.16
    Area: Novia_R11_Hills01_ElysiumMinesEntrance
    Area Display Name: Twins Foothills
    Loc: (-78.5, 64.0, -118.1)
