Mobs in Owls Head Sewers still not respawning

    I used to frequent the Owl Head Sewers a few months ago and thought I'd check it out again now that things are more difficult. I quickly noticed that the skeletons in the zone are still not respawning after death.

    Some of the skeletons in the Lich room will respawn once or twice, and then never respawn again, but most of the other skeletons in the zone will never respawn even once.
