Moondials should be tweaked again.

I wasn't sure where to post this, and this seemed to be the best fit...

After purchasing and playing with a Village size Ornate Moondial, I've a question:

Why is the main circular plane of the moondial parallel to the ground and not tilted to be in the plane of the ecliptic?

All of the heavenly bodies orbit in the same plane, from the Constellations inward all the way to Daedelus. It would seem to me that it would make sense for their representations on the Moondials to also orbit in the same plane.
