    Steps to Reproduce:

    a. Area: Novia (Novia) Loc: (3.0, 15.8, -40.5)

    b. Observe: Mountains are glowing around edges (see screenshot) (Uranium?)

    Ryzen 1600 w/Geforce 970, Windows 10, 16 GB RAM, SotA QA Win 64 Release 512.
