Mouse issues in cursor mode

    Title: Mouse issues in cursor mode.
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? No.
    Details: While holding down the right mouse button for mouselook, the mouse sensitivity will suddenly increase and then the range will be limited to a specific arc.
    Steps to Reproduce: Switch to cursor mode, hold down the right mouse button and start moving. It seems to happen when the camera bumps into something and it's pushed closer to the avatar. It's easiest To reproduce inside a building or house.
    User Specs:OS: Linux 4.4 Ubuntu 16.04 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4720HQ CPU @ 2.60GHz (8) System RAM: 15970
    GPU: GeForce GTX 970M/PCIe/SSE2 GPU RAM: 1024
