Mouse issues

I am having mouse issues that totally freeze my game!!! I have to restart my computer to get it to work again..is anyone else having these issues? It only started when we got to R43. I can't tell if its the game or my mouse. I am on Windows 10 and I recently got an update.....so I am not sure if its something in windows. Anyone help to send me in the correct direction to try to fix this issue. I also notice that when I turn my avatar that it sticks sometimes. I have turned down my video a bit to see if that helps. Help!!

 

Have not seen anyone else complaining about this so it would most likely be your mouse. Check to see that it is clean. Then try unplugging it for a min or so and let the computer rediscover it when you plug it back in. If you are still having problems, try the control panel mouse settings/tests. Is it only malfunctioning on SOTA?

 

For a few months, I was having some mouse issues, only in the game. I have a Logitech programmable cordless G602, used it a year or two. Sometimes it would stop working, and I would close the Logitech Gaming software and launch it again. Then it would respond and be a bit better for a while. I finally purchased a new G602 last month and magic happened -- the game works fine! So it wasn't the game at all, rather I had worn out my mouse. Hope that helps.

 

No I am hearing of others having issues. Keyboard not working, skills not working and freezing and disconnects. Just report it via Bug reporting. New releases often start out with more bugs until we identify them so they can fix with patches. It is not necessarily you alone. Devs need to know what's happening. That is the main reason we are here.

 

Yes, can confirm this.

Suddenly i cannot use glyphs.
Everything works, but i cannot cast any glyph.
Had it for 3 times since R43.

I was having freeze or lockup issues with my new Razer Naga Hex v2 Programmable Mouse during R#42, but I haven't had any issue using it here in R#43. That lockup issue was so bad last release, that I would only be able to use that mouse for maybe as long as one hour before it crashing my computer. "This release however, no problems thus far at all with many hours of play" But now my other normal mouse is lonely ~Time Lord~

 

as someone already mentioned - there is a debuff called confusion what makes you run in different directions - sometimes its just contrary, but it also happens that A is forward and S is left for example.

I have had issues with this before but just figured it was due to being wireless keyboard and mouse
