mouse scroll zoom in/out adjust slider

    could not find an option to adjust the mouse scroll zoom in/out speed.

    personally i think it is a bit slow in combat situations but others might think its fine.

    a slider to adjust it would be nice.

    I'd also like to add that it should not scroll in/out when I'm using the scroll wheel in another application on another monitor. It should check to see if the cursor is inside the window first.

    While you're at it, why did you turn off scroll into first person mode? I used that all the time, and it was quick and easy. Now I have to toggle through 3 different keys before I can get into and out of 1st person mode. Very inefficient and silly change IMHO since it was already working well before :)
