Move the ^&#@($ UI out of the way when laying out books!

    Whew... sorry.

    Seriously, the "Book selection and title/Publish UI" makes it incredibly hard to do layout, can this PLEASE be below or above the book, instead of taking up half the place we're trying to see?

    That UI is not moveable... and always there. Painful.

    And before it is removed completely, it IS nice that it stays open so we can quickly reload. But just not right in front of the book. Above, below.... anywhere else.

    It's how you select what book to load for publishing. Unfortunately it blocks half the view of the book itself, so if you are trying to adjust stuff on the bottom half of the page you have to do it through the UI.

    It's the main reason I only publish when my previous stuff is waaaaaaay out of date. I just don't want to fight the UI.
