Movement is jerky

    Title: While running or walking character animation is stuttering
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? No
    Details: If I move ever few seconds you get a stutter in in the frames
    Steps to Reproduce: run or move in any direction for more than 5 secs. Seems to be worse running/sprinting.
